Strength Built on Experience
my story
I’ve lived discipline, structure, and performance at the highest level. With 7 years in the Air Force and a competitive bodybuilding career that led me to earn my IFBB Bikini Pro title in 2021, I know what it takes to push boundaries, set goals, and achieve results.
But I’ve also lived the other side — the exhaustion of extremes, the cycle of restriction, and the pressure to chase perfection. What I learned is that true health isn’t about punishment or quick fixes. It’s about balance, confidence, and sustainability.
Today, I live an active lifestyle built on smart training, simple nutrition, and a healthy relationship with food. And that’s exactly what I bring to my clients.
Over the years, I’ve coached more than 500 women to build strength in the gym and confidence in their everyday lives. The transformations go far beyond the physical — many of my clients discover newfound energy, stronger mindsets, and improved mental health along the way.
