REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Jess Johnson Fitness, we provide digital services, coaching programs, subscriptions, and online fitness products. Because these services provide immediate access to digital content, coaching, resources, and program delivery, our refund and cancellation policy differs from physical goods.
SECTION 1 – NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
All purchases of services, coaching packages, digital programs, subscriptions, and membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of:

Change of mind

Changing personal circumstances

Deciding not to use the service

Not engaging with or completing the program
Once purchased, access is granted immediately, and services begin, therefore no refunds will be issued.
SECTION 2 – MINIMUM TERM SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you have signed up for a minimum-term subscription (e.g., 8-week program, 12-week program, or service term), the full term is payable.
Early cancellation is only permitted under the following condition:

You provide a valid medical certificate stating that you are medically unable to continue participating in the program or training for the remainder of the minimum term.
If approved, your future payments may be cancelled from the date the medical certificate is received and verified.
Past payments will not be refunded under any circumstance.
SECTION 3 – SERVICE ACCESS & DELIVERY
Because all coaching programs, digital services, and subscriptions grant access to training plans, messaging support, resources, and/or program materials upon purchase:

No returns or refunds apply

No credits or partial refunds are issued

Non-use of the service does not qualify for cancellation or refund
It is your responsibility to utilise the service during your subscription period.
